Connect digital cutting with skilled finishing

Regular Company designed Neva for Artisan, a wood manufacturer in Tešanj. The chair’s continuous-looking outline depends on shaped components and carefully resolved joints. Its design account describes five-axis CNC machining alongside manual finishing.

The machine provides repeatable geometry; human work resolves the surface, assembly and tactile finish. These are complementary stages. The final form is neither evidence of entirely handmade production nor a reason to make the craft contribution invisible.

Judge the joint as well as the silhouette

The interesting achievement is that technical decisions become an everyday experience: a place to rest an arm, an edge that feels comfortable and a structure that reads clearly from different angles. The manufacturing process serves those encounters.

This is also a European collaboration with a specific geography. Croatian design and Bosnian production both matter. Giving the manufacturing country its place in the story recognises the expertise needed to turn a drawing into a consistent object.
