The playground is on the roof.
Follow the red handrail up the outside stairs. At the top, the route becomes somewhere to swing, climb or simply watch the city.

What to keep in view
This is a built public-space example, not a claim that parking infrastructure solves transport needs. Check local access conditions before visiting.
Keep following the red line
The handrail continues onto the roof, becoming part of an outdoor landscape of swings and exercise equipment. A trip upstairs leads to a place to stay.
The car park remains a car park. Its roof adds another use to the same footprint, while planting along the façade breaks up the large structure.
A view for the neighbourhood
Harbour views often belong to private apartments. Here, the project makes an elevated recreational space part of the neighbourhood. The architecture’s most engaging move is the invitation to climb.
