Move the tools along the blade

Aerones uses remotely operated robots, crawlers and drones to inspect, clean, test, coat and repair wind turbine blades and towers while technicians control work from the ground.

Larger and taller turbines increase the reach, weather and safety burden of rope access. Inspection and repair downtime also become more consequential as each asset grows.

Keep inspection connected to maintenance

The dangerous point of contact moves to a tool while human judgment remains nearby. Modular heads perform different tasks and the service can record inspection and repair data for each blade.
